About Us
Why do I write? I write to tell my story, to tell your story and to tell our story. Hence, connecting the dots of our intercultural perspectives that make of our shared humanity, our hybrid nature and our universality.
I take you through a visual and mental journey via poetry, short story, flash fiction, literary appreciation, translation(cultural, technical, literary, transcreation) socio-cultural, economic and political commentaries/analyses as well as pics that make you wonder at nature.
I also write to prick and appeal to your consciences and our consciences; to lay bear our good, bad and ugly sides so that together we can make our world a better place.
When writing or invoking the muse, I savour a cup of grounded Cameroonian coffee beans (70% arabica and 30% robusta) of an unparalled aroma and listen to the best of Makossa (old school), AfroBeat, Rumba, Highlife (Ghana@Nigeria) Jazz, Reggae, Amapiano, Mbalax, a dash of juju and the classics over rare liqueur while puffing on a rare blend of afro-cuban cigar.
